Most systems are built, tested and dispatched within 5–10 working days.

Yes - every Build My Rig PC is thoroughly stress tested before it leaves the workshop.

Each system is tested using professional stress testing software, which pushes the CPU, GPU, RAM and storage under heavy load to ensure the system is stable and performing exactly as it should.

Once testing is successfully completed, the system is issued a pass certificate, which will be saved on the desktop when you receive your PC.

This means your system has already been fully tested and approved before it reaches you.

Your Build My Rig PC arrives fully assembled and securely packaged to ensure it reaches you safely.

Inside the box you will find:

• Your fully built gaming PC

• Protective internal packaging for safe transport

Simply remove the protective packaging, connect your peripherals, and you're ready to start gaming.

Every Build My Rig system is built to order, meaning parts are sourced fresh for each individual PC rather than taken from pre-held stock. This allows us to maintain build quality and avoid delays caused by limited availability.

We only use trusted, high-quality brands, including:

• Motherboards — Gigabyte / ASUS
• Storage — Western Digital / BIWIN
• Memory — Kingston Fury / ADATA
• Power Supplies — Gigabyte / GameMax

All components are brand new, fully tested, and covered by manufacturer warranty.

If you would prefer specific brands or components, just let us know — we’re always happy to tailor the build where possible.

Component boxes are not included as standard with Build My Rig systems.

This helps keep packaging secure and prevents unnecessary shipping bulk when sending fully assembled systems.

However, if you would like the original component boxes included with your order, simply leave a note when placing your order and we’ll be happy to include them where possible.

All components used are brand new and fully covered by manufacturer warranty, regardless of whether the boxes are included.

All Build My Rig systems are carefully packaged with protective internal packing to keep components secure during transport.

In the unlikely event your PC arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue quickly.

Your system is shipped using tracked delivery with DPD, so you can follow your PC from dispatch right through to arrival.
