1-YEAR WARRANTY INCLUDED
Every Build My Rig system is covered for 12 months from the day it arrives. That means:
- Hardware faults and part failures are fully covered under normal use.
- Free labour for diagnostics, rebuilds, and repairs - we’ll handle the work at no cost.
- Return-to-base service: you cover shipping to us, and if it’s a genuine fault, we’ll cover the return.
We don’t make warranty claims painful. If something’s wrong, we’ll sort it - fast.
LIFETIME SUPPORT
This is where we’re different. With Build My Rig, you’re never on your own. Long after delivery, you’ll still have us on your side.
We’re here to help with:
- Upgrade advice (should I go to 32GB RAM?).
- Optimising settings for Fortnite, Valorant, Minecraft and more.
- Guidance on driver updates and reinstalling Windows.
- Troubleshooting small issues remotely.
Think of us like your gaming tech buddy - if you’re unsure, just ask.
WHAT's NOT COVERED
We keep things simple:
- Accidental damage (drops, spills, knocks).
- Overclocking or manual tweaks gone wrong.
- Liquid damage.
- Unauthorised repairs or part swaps.
Basically - if it’s a normal fault, we’ve got your back. If it’s been dropped down the stairs… that one’s on you 😉.
