Shipping policy

Shipping & Collection Policy
We currently ship to UK addresses only using DPD Next Working Day Delivery once your system is ready.

Collection (Free) – Collect your PC from Darlington, UK. Leave a message at checkout and we’ll arrange a collection time.

Standard Delivery – £15 – Next working day delivery with £50 insurance cover.

Extra Cover Delivery – £60 – Next working day delivery with £1000 insurance cover.

Free Standard Delivery on orders over £1500 (option to upgrade to Extra Cover available at checkout).

Build & Delivery Times
We aim to have your rig ready for dispatch within 5 working days of payment. In rare cases (e.g. part availability or courier delays), this may extend up to 10 working days. We’ll always keep you updated.

Any delays due to part availability or courier issues will be communicated.

Insurance & Claims
All deliveries include insurance cover up to your chosen delivery option. If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can process a claim.

Important Notes

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier handling, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.

We do not offer refunds or discounts for items that arrive later than the estimated delivery date.

Systems are packaged securely and dispatched only after full payment is received.
